Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given, TSH level at 9.29 mU/L is suggesting that presennt Levothyroxine dosage is not adequate. Ideally TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L when all the symptoms are in check. Another important aspect is looking at your height and weight with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 28.43 kgs/Sq meter, yu are clearly over weight and going towards grade 1 obesity. There is an excess of over 15 to 16 kgs , This shows that hypothyroidism is not in check. As rehards the BP diastolic 105 mm Hg is quite high. You probably need a drug to reduce BP. Thanks.

Hi Sir, I have mild itching on body. My ALT level is 42 which is slightly elevated. Is this indication of Cholestasis? Or the elevation need to be more for Cholestasis to be diagnosed. Right now i am on UDILIV 150 mg twice a day.

Gaining muscle mass is a slow and gradual process. You should focus on eating right food, without eating too much of packed and market food. Eat energy dense foods like milk products, bananas, nuts & dry fruits along with other fruits and veggies. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises every day.

Hello elevated sgpt and sgot have several causes it can be due to infection viral or bacterial or may be due to obesity alcoholism some indigenous medicine intake.in your case typhoid is a remote possibility. Better to have furthur blood check and a usg .need details of weight other drug intake etc.
