Give electoral powder and increase salt intake. Do cardiac and renal evaluation in detail to find the cause. It could ne normal for her also.

Take steam inhalation avoid cold stuff take calpol tablet for fever for cold take tab montair lc one at night for ten days.

Vitamin c is in no way going to help you to abort. There are abortion pills available but for that you have to visit a gynaecologist.
