If the wisdom tooth are causing problems or will cause problems in future. Removing it won't harm you at all, and no health issues can arise.

Hello doctor oam cleaning my tongue and teeth clearly but why my mouth smell even after brushing of one hour please help.

You require scaling i.e. Professional cleaning. This is due to the calculus which accumulates in the mouth, which cannot be removed by brushing.
