Do not climb stairs do morning walk do cycling drink lots of water and take lots of fruits take multivitamins take calcium tablets.

This may be a radiating pain from your back (lumbar spine) you should do lumbar spine exercise and take tab multivitamin t vit d t calcium for 1 month.
