One of the readings is wrong. Your BP is not adequately controlled and you need work up for that.

Yes this salt can have both these effects. You can change your BP medication to avoid water retention.

Need to control bp better. To add metformin fir sugar also mesicine for cholesterol. Symptoms may be related to bph (prostrate)
