Kuch test kar ke dekhna chahiye aur rog ka pta lagana chahiye jaise high blood pressure, migraine, sinusitis etc.

You should do ecg, echocardiography,lipid profile and keep monitoring blood pressure and pulse by making chart at 8 am, 2 pm and 10 pm and follow up.

If blood pressure is controlled ,you can decrease the dose and later can be stopped depending on conditions.
