No role for antibiotics for this condition. You can visit ent and get the'pores' widened so it will not accumulate to cause problem.

You need a stroboscopic evaluation. If you have this problem from childhood and you are reasonably tall, it will be unlikely to have thyroid issues. So relax.

Nose bleed at your age needs evaluation. If you are asking first aid. Apply ice compress and go to nearest emergency.
