My brother suffering from chronic pancreatitis for the last 1 year. Few days back test confirm his abdomen is havingsome sort of cyst and ascitis. Please suggest.

Cyst is most likely pancreatic pseudocyst. Ascites may be due to recent episode of acute pancreatitis or may be some other causes which need evaluation.

Most commonly bleeding per rectum is due to haemorrhoids (piles). There are other causes also. You should consult a gastroenterologist get proper evaluation.

If it is ulcerative colitis you have to be in long term medication with regular follow up with your gastroenterologist.
