Breast size can be increased by plastic surgery called augmentation mammoplasty. We use silicon implant to give desired cup size. You need to see a plastic surgeon.

The permanent solution for gynaecomastia (male boob) is to get it reduced by liposuction or surgery. You need to see a plastic surgeon.

The problem you mentioned seems to be increase in breast size called gynecomastia. It can be reduced by liposuction or surgery.

You need to see a plastic surgeon who will examine you and advice certain test. If everything is ok than this can be corrected by liposuction or surgical excision.
