Try to avoid heavy protein and calcium in your diet. Take 3-4 litre water or fluids. As always eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Reduce amount of red meat.

Try taking can notharis 200 pills 4pills 4 times a day.(not to take anything by mouth 15 min prior to medicine also after) drink plenty of water.
