Do betadine gargle in warm water 3 times daily. Continue other medications. Take syrup ascoril -D 1 tsp alternate with ascoril-LS 1 tsp .both 3 times daily.

If usual medicines not work start steroid nasal spray two times daily and saline nasal spray 3 times daily along with fexofenadine and monteleukast.
