Am 25 years old. I have pain in my lower ribs and lower back. When I do some extra household work like washing clothes then it hurts a little more that day. When I move my upper area or push ribs then it hurts allot. I am getting this pain from last 4-5 months. I have taken antibiotics, vitamin d & calcium, zerodol sp but not getting any relief. I have done my chest x ray and ultrasound of whole abdomen but all the reports are normal. Please help me to know why am getting this pain. I don't have any fever, cold or cough. And also I don't have any loss of appetite or weight loss. I just have pain no other issue. And this pain is continues even when I wake up in the morning the pain is still there. Can it be bcz of sitting in wrong posture for long time.
And which is better for this hot compress or cold compress?
