Do not use gentamicin topical if you have a perforation in eardrum. It is an ototoxic drug and may harm. Consult online with your reports and later get operated once situation gets normalize!

I did swab culture for my ear discharge.
It shows bacterial infection to which gentamicin is applicable.
Is it ok to use ear drops with tablets for the treatment? Also the endoscope showed that I had a hole in the eardrum.
Please inform what should be taken as best treatment.
