Am 64 yrs, love my 4 drinks (30 - 45 ml) daily for the last 40 yrs. Make sure to have nutritious meals post my drinks. Recently & at least twice a year get my lft, kft,cholesterol + other investigations, all are in the normal range. Also walk 2 - 3, sometimes even up to 5 kms. A day.
