Hello correct your position in rest and activities time. Give proper support to neck while sleeping don't use hard and height pillow for your back take proper rest don't lift heavy weight avoid forward bending and do walking in comfort zone.

Hello Dr. I have disc bulge on lower back and neck for more then 4 months. I was doing physic therapy, I was little getting better from the pain. So start to walk for more and climb in stairs, yeh suddenly severe lain started, since two weeks pain keep coming every four hrs or it depend on my movements. Taking pain killer but it makes sleep pain comes back after 7 hrs like that. please let me know, what is solution for pain relief, and what is the remedy for long term. Thank you. Regards, latha.
