Do following1. Take good balance diet having fruits and vegetable, milk, egg. 2. Sulphur may help regrow hair - take garlic 3. Keep head / scalp clean 4. Do dry massage 5. Do regular oiling with coconut oil - apply at nigtt and wash in the morning 5. Treat dandruff with ketoconazol shampoo twice a week 6. If no dandruff try vatika shampoo do for I month and report.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day.

Hi, they are same company, but one is powder and other is cream. To kill the fungi you gotta apply cream and to prevent apply powder.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Please clarify whether the person asking this query is a male or female? Because info states as male. PCOD happens only in females. Also by meaning "Muje thyroid" are you talking about hypothyroidism? If yes then first that condition needs to be treated. And TSH level has to be maintained <3 mU/L. That will help in controlling all the symptoms of hypothyroidism including hair fall. As regards PCOD, that also has to be properly treated. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no prescriptions are allowed. If this is fungal infection, you have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house. Kindly call me or send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and treatment. If this is fungal infection, it needs to be treated as early as possible as it will spread further on your body and also to other people in the household.

Well but the reason behind is if you don't replace your tooth and leave the gap as it is, the adjacent tooth will start moving towards the open space and also the tooth above the blank space. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day.
