Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination. Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet. Best wishes.

Hi, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

For your thigh pain you can do rectus femoris muscle stretching and hot fermentation over the region. And for your shoulder pain you go for. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Hello, for white hair you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day , daily. Apply A-1 Black Hair Oil on your hair thrice in a week. Wash the hair with A1 Black Shampoo.

Hello yes, indigestion is related with skin problems. Start with tab rabekind 20 mg early morning empty stomach. Start having green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits more, have diet rich in fibres, cut down your stress levels, do yoga or meditation daily cut down oily n spicy food, drink 2-3 lits of water daily. Have water with jaggery after evry food. Use cutiwash soft face wash 2-3 times per day. Thanx.

It is common if you sleep on same side too long. Start doing some exercises. Do some stretches daily. I am sure this will improve. If the biceps pain is accompanied with pain in chest, consult cardiologist immediately. If the biceps pain persists even after exercises you may consult neurologist to rule out any muscular dystrophy. Thank you ! I hope I helped you.

Hi lybrate-user, firstly go for regular hair trimming to get rid of split ends. 1) well balanced diet with increased intake of proteins like pulses, chicken, milk, eggs, paneer, nutrella. 2) hair treatment: a) oil your hair regularly with coconut oil. Mix 1 egg in the oil and give your oiled hair warm towel treatment. Wash your hair with arnica shampoo. B) do not comb wet hair. C) use wide toothed comb to remove entangles. D) use a good conditioner after shampoo or hair cholestrol to give your hair lustre. E) do not experiment with your hair like blowdry, hair highlighting. F) comb 3-4 times daily, to get rid of dust and tangles.

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo men after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Its not well researched. Usually a graded exercise program for stretching tight gastroc soleus and strengthening ankle dorsiflexors can help get rid of pain. Good luck for speedy recovery.

Yes, Daily washing of hair is not advisable. Some mild shampoos are - body shop, organix. Use a mix of Castor oil, olive oil and almond oil for good hair health

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
