Hello- Water discharge from vagina is known as Leucorrhoea. If it is less or unnoticeable thn it is termed as normal but excessive discharge associated with symptoms like back ache, letharginess, heaviness in abdomen or even abdominal discomfort is alarming sign of weak uterine health. It denotes inflammation of uterus, and since the vertebrae of your back is dependent upon the structures inside it cause pain in back. -Stop breast feeding first of all.(Breast feeding above one year can effect the health of both mother and child) -Avoid spicy and sour diet. -Incorporate natural zinc supplements in your diet. -Compensate the deficiency of amino acids by eating fresh fruits and vegetables. -Always keep your bowel clean. Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Sex is one of the natural need of life. If you donot have it than yes you may have nightfalls or ejaculation at other times which is completely alright. So I do not think that its a problem and yes you need to understand and henceforth accept the normal human physiology.

tab metformin is the best to start with..but before that serum creatinine values are required and what is your after meals sugar?? Hi here is a very simple and the best way to keep skin n hair healthy. Just start taking" amla powder" 3-5gms daily with lukewarm water. I don't know weather you hv any other digestive or health problem. If any, it directly affects hair and skin.

You are doing great if you are enjoying your work you can do it without stress don't get fragmented because of multi tasking for it you can learn selective attention training because of it you can ignore some thoughts which make you depressed you can choose the thoughts to ponder you can do it by regular practice feel okay about yourself and accept the situation all the best.

Dear , if you do not feel tired in day time, you may avoid sleeping during day time or take a short sleep to get sufficient energy to work or study till the night. It is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.
