Pl check thyroid and prolactin levels as well, before going for pcos treatment. If your insulin levels are high, you will benefit with diet, exercise and Metformin. Reduce/stop sugar and sweets and workout for 60 mins daily. Other symptoms in pcos apart from weight gain are acne, body hair, voice getting heavier, darkening of skin around the creases, etc. If you get these symptoms they indicate insulin resistance and along with multiple follicular cysts in the ovaries and delayed cycles pcos may very well be present irrespective of your body weight.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples *Aloe Vera is a cactus like plant with anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-septic, astringent and a lot more useful medicinal properties. It can be used in a lot of ways- as a moisturizer, a face mask, shaving oil or it can also be included in your diet. Aloe Vera can work wonders for treating and preventing acne as it removes excess oil and dirt from the skin. It stimulates the cell growth, and helps the damaged skin for healing faster.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem, without causing adverse effects. It requires study of your case and symptoms in detail. To start with, take homoeopathic medicine cimicifuga 200 daily in the morning and in the evening and give feedback after 4 days.

There is very good treatment in homoeopathy for hairs. First try taking high protien, vitamin c and e in your diet, if this does'nt help consult a good homoeoepathic doctor.

Yoga is not simply a set of exercises but a lifestyle. When practicing yoga, asanas and nutrition go hand in hand to improve your quality of life. Your digestive system, immunity and energy levels are directly linked to the food you intake. If there is a problem with any of these, yoga asanas can help resolve it.

Digestion: Not all food is easy to digest. Instead of popping laxatives and antacids after every meal, change the food you're eating. Citrus fruits and leafy vegetables that are rich in fiber aid digestion and prevent constipation. Some foods like yogurt, bananas and garlic are probiotics that support the growth of gut bacteria and keep your stomach healthy. Also include carminatives or foods that prevent the formation of gas like cumin, ginger and oatmeal.

Yogic asanas such as the spinal twist, Apanasana and Paschimottanasana can help smoothen the digestive process.

Immunity: Eating the right food can help boost your immunity. Citrus fruits are rich sources of vitamin C that directly strengthen the immune system. Herbs like turmeric, ginger and garlic are rich in antioxidants and linked to the prevention of a number of diseases including several types of cancer. Proteins also help nourish your immune system and hence should not be ignored.

A combination of asanas and yogic breathing techniques can help boost your immunity. Some asanas to try include Viparita Karani, Bhujangasana, Matsyasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana. These poses help lower stress and boost immunity by pumping rich oxygenated blood to all the parts of the body.

Energy: The food you eat is turned into glucose to fuel the body and maintain a constant supply of energy. Soy and green leafy vegetables that are rich in iron can effectively boost your energy levels. Fruits like apples, bananas and oranges can also help increase your energy. Yogurt rich in magnesium does not directly contribute towards the creation of glucose but helps the body release this energy whenever needed.

Yoga asanas help increase blood flow and increase the heart's capacity to pump blood through the body. A few yoga poses that can boost energy are the camel pose, tree pose and warrior asana.

Relaxation: Sipping on a cup of green tea is a good way to end the day and relax. Other food like honey, milk, celery and oatmeal can also help calm the body and fight off the day's stress. Apart from being delicious, dark chocolate also releases hormones that ease stress and help relax a person.

Practising yoga breathing techniques like pranayama can effectively release tension. Supta Baddha Konasana, Viparita Karani and the Supta Matsyendrasana can also help increase energy levels.

DON'T IGNORE IT.

Use them and prevent hair fall.

1. Coconut

This ingredient has several benefits for your hair. Not only does it promote hair growth, but also conditions it. It has essential fats, minerals and proteins which reduce hair breakage and is also rich in potassium and iron. You can use coconut oil or milk to prevent hair fall.
Steps:
Warm a bit of coconut oil and massage it from your hair root to tip.
Wash after one hour.
Or, grate a coconut and squeeze out its milk by mixing in a little water.
Apply it on the area where you notice thinning or balding.
Let it stay overnight and wash off the next morning.

2. Onion juice

Onion is a rich source of sulphur which helps in hair growth by increasing collagen production. Using its juice on the scalp can help in controlling hair fall. Did you know these onion health benefits?
Steps:
Chop one onion finely and squeeze out its juice.
Apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay for 15 minutes.
Now rinse with a mild shampoo and let your hair air dry.
Use this twice a week to see results.

3. Garlic

Like onion, garlic too has high sulphur content. This is the reason why it is used in traditional hair regrowth medicines. You’d be surprised to know these beauty benefits of garlic.
Steps:
Crush a few cloves of garlic.
Add coconut oil to it and boil the mixture for a few minutes.
Let it cool down a bit and then massage it on your scalp.
You can leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash your hair.
Do this two times in a week.

4. Henna

It is mostly used as a natural hair colour or conditioner but henna has properties that can strengthen your hair from the root. If you combine it with other ingredients, it makes for a better hair pack.
Steps:
Take 250 ml of mustard oil in a tin can and add 60g of washed and dried henna leaves.
Now boil the mixture the leaves burn and then filter the oil.
Massage your scalp with it on a regular basis and store the rest in an airtight bottle.
You can make another henna pack by mixing dry henna powder with curd.
Apply it on scalp and hair and wash off after one hour.

5. Hibiscus

Also called shoe flower, hibiscus nourishes hair, prevents premature greying, treats dandruff and also controls hair fall.
Steps:
Crush a few flowers and mix sesame or coconut oil to make a paste.
Apply on the scalp and hair and leave it on for a few hours.
Rinse off with cold water using a mild shampoo.

6. Amla or Indian gooseberry

For people suffering from hair fall, amla or the Indian gooseberry is a blessing. It is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants that can reverse hair loss if it is in its initial stage.
Steps:
Use either amla juice or powder and mix it with lemon juice.
Apply it on the scalp and leave it to dry.
Rinse hair using lukewarm water.

7. Egg

Egg has several ingredients that can prevent or control hair fall. It is a rich source of sulphur and has phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein. All these promote hair growth.
Steps:
Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil.
Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair.
Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo.

These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily.  Use salicylic acid face wash twice a day.

Shampoos do not help in hair fall for that avoid smoking use mintop 10 % and mintop pro and biohair f orally. Have adequate rest and high protein diet.

I am suffering from hair fall, I am 28M, married, I am having plenty of food also. I am also using helmet, my hair is silky type. I am having coconut oil and shampoo regularly. Dear lybrate user, *do not take more stress. *practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification. *do proper sleep of 6-7 hours. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. *apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth. *avoid hair colors. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. *avoid more salt, dry, maida related junk foods. *avoid more coffee, tea, alcohol, smoking.
