 First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * In morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *In Lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *In evening, You can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *In Dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes.* You can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Dear, Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-D. 4. Dear, The cause of blackness of face are * Long time exposure of Sun rays * Improper diet * Excessive Use of cosmetic products follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin:• Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. Dear Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6.Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7.Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight. For fair & glowing skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

For improvement of Liver function & lower down SGPT follow these instructions are given below •Take 1/2 teaspoon of AMLA POWDER( CHURN) with a glass of water in morning. • Avoid alcohol or do not drink too much amount of alcohol.Avoid tobacco smoking & chewing. • Control your weight don't be overweight . These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily.• Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. vitamin c is good for skin ,it help in improving the skin texture but has no concern with fairness of skin

To clear the scar marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

The cause of facial hairs are imbalance in the hormones .Females have both male & female sex hormones called gonadotrophins.But when the balance of hormones get distubed then it cause the growth of hairs on face & other parts. To get relief from the facial hairs- * First do not take stress because it is one of the cause .Do meditation & deep breathing exercises in morning & evening . * Get up early in the morning & sleep atleast for 6-8 hours to make the hormonal level balanced. * Take balanced diet with more green leafy vegetables & fruits as they have rich levels of antioxidants. *Do not skip the breakfast & work out regularly in the form of walk, running or skipping. * You can take 10 ml of ASHOKARISTA mixed in a glass of water once a day for 8 weeks for best results.
