Hi I am 26 years old since I am suffering with sleep lessness I used many drugs but it's not given up to mark.

Hi I am 26 years old since I am suffering with sleep lessness I used many drugs but it's not given up to mark.
To get a good sleep avoid to drink excess amount of coffee, alcohol and tea. Specially avoid to drinks these drinks after 6 p. M. * drink a glass of milk daily at night. * eat 2 banana daily. * avoid to take sleeping pills because it will disturb your sleep pattern. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. Do long walk or brisk walk daily.

Apply these home remedies to remove marks and darkness on face: * apply rose water on face daily. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of besan apply it for 10 minutes and rinse with water. It light the marks and remove tanning. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * eat healthy food. Drink a glass of milk daily. Eat citrus fruits, lemon, orange, watermelon. * drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily.

What can I do to overcome from stomach pain in menstruation period? Please advise.
Dear, due to contractions of uterus (when muscles of uterus tightens and relaxes). To get relief from pain you can do massage lightly your stomach area with mustard oil for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * spread a towel on your stomach area and put hot water bottle for 5 to 10 minutes at the time of pain. * do jogging daily for 5 to 10 minutes. * do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the guidance of yoga expert. * avoid to do heavy work at the time of periods. Also avoid jogging before 3 to 4 days from coming date of periods. * eat healthy & light food during periods. Do not skip the food. Eat a bowl of cereal daily in afternoon. * drink a glass of milk at night daily.

Follow these methods to avoid hair loss: *Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. * Do Sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. * you can apply the Mahabhringraj hair oil of Baidyanath company 2 times in a week and massage your hair regularly for 10 minutes daily. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Eat green leafy vegetables, fruits, take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also.

Dear, to make your periods regular follow these instructions: * do jogging daily for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also do skipping for 5 minutes daily. * eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 minutes. This will maintain your hormonal level and make yourself destress. * take proper sleep of 7 hrs daily.

These are reasons for hair loss: Stress • Due to acute illness (such as fever, typhoid) • Due to malnutrition (lack of nutrition) • Use of chemical products such as excess use of hair colours, hair dyes, hair gels. • Due to pollution * Due to lack of blood supply towards scalp area.

Dear, these are some reasons for dark circles: * lack of sleep * stress * lack of nutrition * anaemia follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles: * eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily in night. Do not skip food eat on time. You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots. * take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes.

Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. * Apply the hair oil you have 3 times in a week and massage your hair regularly for 10 minutes daily. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. For dandruff problem: * Take curd and leave it for one day when it become sour apply it on scalp at day time for 10 minutes once in a week. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.

Dear, this occurs because our body has a sleep pattern of night sleep, this occurs due to help of sleep hormone which secrete in night. Due to the night shift your pattern become disturbed so for good sleep in morning follow these methods are given below: * eat food with curd and after eating meal go to sleep because after eating food our brain become relax and sleep comes naturally. * massage your head and foot with oil it also enhances the sleep. * drink a glass of milk. * you can read a book. Do long breathing pranayams. * do not do work on laptop or phone because it causes lack of sleep.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.
