The moment you start going to the gym, whatever is your workout, does not justify taking a protein supplement. Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for energy purpose which is it's secondary function; main being building/repairing muscles. Depending on the exercise( ie. strength training/cardio or activities like gymnastics or weight lifting ) your body's needs for proteins varies. Although whey is natural and the most easily and quickly assimilated form of protein - it is not needed to be exclusively included in your diet. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the supplement to be utilised.       Protein need totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels

Hello lybrate user- prolonged menses or over flow during menses is known as atyartava disease in ayurveda. It occurs due to improper diet and daily schedule. Try these tips to overcome this diseases- a) avoid salty and spicy foods, avoid fast foods, green leafy vegetable and curd. B) go to bed before 10 pm. C) increase dairy product other than curd in your diet specially cow's ghee. D) use ashokaristha 2 tsp twice daily with water and tab pistil forte 1 tab twice daily.

1. Drink 3 litres water daily but not with or just before a meal 2. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume- ex: paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, malt with buffalo milk & sugar, mango lassi, dates milkshake, til chikki, peanut chikki, dry fruits, banana kheer, premix, sugarcane/bel juice, soyabean cutlet, rice with ghee + egg & potato curry, thicker roti with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly 3. Practice strength exercises like bench press & squats at home/gym 4. Avoid skipping meals & junk food consumption

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Use a face pack consisting of cucumber juice, lemon juice and some rose water or you can also try a face mask with honey and lemon juice. These face packs or face masks have to be used for some time, at least for a week for noticeable results.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only.

Yo dint mention yo gender and height. Weight should be in proportion with the height. Anyways here are few tips for you: 1. Eat peanuts soaked overnight in milk on an empty stomach do not discard milk. 2. Consume green gram n raisins soaked in water overnight on empty stomach. 3. Mixture of fresh milk and banana pieces taken as breakfast make sure you eat healthy stuff like multigrains fruits veggies and not junk stuffs. Quantity of food is not imp but quality is imp. Good sleep of 8 hrs is beneficial

Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals at one time. Eat 3 -4 servings of fruits daily. Avoid spicy foods, fermented foods, carbonated drinks. Antacid if hyperacidity. Hope this helps you.
