Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself.

If your body constitution is of a lean and thin nature then you need to relax a bit and have patience. General fitness is important than a bulky particular muscle group. Do not compare your body with others who have a well built body. Do not overeat as it can later lead to other complication. Still if you are not satisfied with your progress than go for an expert opinion ( certified fitness trainer along with medical fitness from a doctor ) and follow the instructions in a slow and study manner without taking shortcuts which can harm your body later on.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. For higher stamina: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. In between balanced main meals-(comprising of a whole grain, whole legume/egg/fish/chicken, low fat dairy, whole fruits, vegetables, salad); include healthy snacks in between- coconut water (w/o cream), whole fruit, roasted makhana, roasted chana (unsalted), nuts & oilseeds, soup, stew, buttermilk, salted lassi, green tea. 2. Drink 3 litres water daily to avoid dehydration. 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). Simple carbs cause sudden hike in blood sugar levels leading to sleepiness. 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have early & light dinner to feel fresh day after. 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep. Avoid use of mobile, laptop etc at bedtime. Complete sleep reduces stress & improves stamina 8. Brisk walk daily for 1/2 hr. Exercising releases happy hormones & make us feel active throughout the day 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Cut down on total oil consumption. Too much fat & sugar slow us down.

Few tips to lose weight are as below: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan.

Continue work out. Don't eat seeds, instead eat sprouted matar and moong. Confine to 3 meals. Do not put any thing except water in your mouth in between. At 250 gms salad half hour before principal meals choose one day of the week. On that day eat only fruits. Total quantity not to exceed 500 gms of edible material for detailed diet plan

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Lip shape is genetic and usually you can't change it other than cosmetic surgery or by makeup. Though there are still some things that you can try and do. Keep lips cleansed keeping clean lips and moisturizing them regularly is the best way to get smaller lips. You should clean your lips at least once a week otherwise it would appear dark due to accumulation of dead cells and dirt on it. And although you may thing that dark lips tend to appear smaller but unclean lips tend to appear unattractive so the sole purpose of having smaller lips is not accomplished by dark lips and also unclean lips are unhygienic. One can use a lip scrub to get rid of dirt and dead cells or one can make a home remedies using aloe vera or lemon to get clean lips. Moisturizing lips moisturizing lips is essential as providing moisture to the lips makes them soft and smooth. If moisture is not provided regularly then lips tend to dry and such dryness can make lips to appear bigger. So if a you want your lip to appear smaller rather than bigger than you have to moisturize your lips from time to time. Now this moisturizing can be done with the help of a lip moisturizer or even by a home remedy like honey will help to moisturize your lips. Lips exercises there are some simple exercises like trying a tongue twister over and over again to tone your lips. Second putting your lower lip above your upper lip and give a wide smile without the upper lip falling from lower lip and the third would be to force yourself to smile while pulling the corners of your mouth down. Repeat these exercises 10 times daily to get smaller lips naturally.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.
