But now that speed of weight loss is not got by me Now I request you for a healthy diet plan which helps me in fat loss. I do exercise regularly but I have less knowledge about timing of meals means what to eat and when to eat. Hi, take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Include protein rich food in your diet. Don't eat fast foods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. Take 2 cup green tea daily. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Do walk nd strach exercise. Take egg, whole pulses, milk and products, milk shake, lean meat. Take soya milk, threptin cookies. Take fresh curd daily.

Hello, it indicates some kind of nutritional deficiency, take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five [phos. - both 3 times a day daily for a month. It becomes difficult for our digestive system to digest raw rice.

Your bones may bee normal ,your muscular structure may be lrss. In that case go on more protein diet. Like Chenna, raajma matter, etc. Easy way to make a tonic at home. Fry all dhals like chenna Rajma lobiya masoor. Make powder. Daily take one table spoon of powder with sugar in a glass of milk.
