Abdomen pain or abdominal pain is usually experienced in the area between the chest and the stomach. This kind of pain usually comes as a dull cramp that also produces shooting stabs of pains intermittently, or it may be a localised pain in one side of the stomach. This may also be accompanied by inflammation, and other diseases related to organs like intestines, kidneys, pancreas, liver, spleen and stomach.

So what are the causes of stomach or abdomen pain? Read on to find out:

  1. Food Poisoning: Food poisoning can be caused due to dirty water or contaminated food. This can give rise to various infections as well as conditions like traveller's diarrhoea or loose motions.
  2. Gastro Intestinal ConditionsGERD or gastroesophaegal reflux disease and gastroenteritis, among various others can also lead to abdomen pain as a symptom along with severe acidity and nauseaIrritable bowel syndrome is another major ailment which can leave you with persistent abdominal pain. 
  3. Generalised Pain: This kind of pain occurs in the overall area all around the stomach and may point at the presence of conditions like Crohn's Disease, a traumatic injury, appendicitisflu, or even a urinary tract infection. Further, when the gas settles and tightens the stomach due to the inability to pass a motion on a normal, regular basis, this may be termed as constipation. This also leads to abdomen pain. 
  4. Localised Lower Abdomen Pain: Pain that is found specifically in the lower area of the abdomen can be caused due to appendicitis, obstruction or blockage in the intestine or colon, and other ailments. This pain can also be accompanied by nausea and vomiting
  5. Localised Upper Abdomen Pain: This kind of pain may emanate due to the presence of gallstones, liver inflammation or hepatitispneumonia, or even in the middle of a heart attack.
  6. Localised Centre Abdomen Pain: Pain in the centre part of the stomach or abdomen may be caused due to gastroenteritis, an injury or even the accumulation of waste products in the body, otherwise known as uraemia.
  7. Abdomen Pain and Women: For women, such localised pain may be caused due to pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection, endometriosisectopic pregnancymenstrual cramps which are also called dysmenorrhoea, and fibroids. Miscarriages can also cause pain in this part of the abdomen, for women.
  8. Renal Stones: Renal stones or stone in kidney is one of the most common cause of abdomen pain. The pain caused by kidney stone is such that it can make a patient roll in bed and this pain may radiate to toward the groin as well.

Persistent pain and nausea that come with vomiting and finally give rise to blood in the vomit or stool should be checked by the doctor immediately, so as to rule out any serious ailment. Imaging tests, ultrasound and an X-Ray can help in diagnosis.

Parents get very concerned when they are just not able to hold their child’s attention who is restless, hyperactive, anxious, highly energetic, and never attentive. For some, this could initially be an exciting phase but can be an indication of some serious underlying disorder too.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or hyperactive disorder or ADHD as it is commonly known as a group of symptoms including behavioural, mood, cognitive, and learning disabilities with a lot of aggression, irritability, excitability, forgetfulness, restlessness, reduced attention span, etc. in these children. Listed below are the common symptoms, which are almost diagnostic of ADHD are:

Have you done cbc test? How is your appetite? Are you constipated? Do you sleep comfortably? Do you feel fresh in the morning? There are so many factors that can cause weakness. Not eating or sleeping on time. Taking heavy meals in dinner etc. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain an active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink a lot of water. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time.

You should practice to stay alert and sleep well before taking a ride. Keep urself active by chewing gums or any interesting activity which will not divert your riding as well. Maybe listening topics of your interest and be cautious in the ride as well.

Hi, 60 prevent block is quite normal. But that does not mean that you don't lead a healthy lifestyle. Cut down fatty foods, fried foods don't sprinkle salt in salads avoid papads, pickles, go for 10000 steps daily, don't take more than 20 percent carbs in diet means eat less rice eat lot of fruits which are seasonal. I'm 40 and married for 9 years and having three kids. From about six months i'm suffering a problem of sex inefficiency. Some erectile issues, erection comes but doesn't last for long. Try this 1. Deep breathing— take deep breaths and hold your breath for 5 second between each inhalation and exhalation. 2. Squeeze method— to do this, squeeze the head of the penis when you are at the brink of your orgasm. 3. Stop and start method— once you are close to your orgasm, stop the simulation. Relax and then continue till the end. Repeat the process for a few weeks and then you will become efficient in delaying your ejaculation. 4. Kegel exercises these exercises are aimed to help you gain better control over the muscles below your bladder. They strengthen your pelvic region, particularly creating strong pubococcygeus muscle. These are hammock shaped muscles that stretch from your pubic bone to tailbone, important for genital functioning.
