Depends on how much is the severity of your pimples. For mild pimples you can use Epiduo gel on pimples daily at night.

Best treatment for white heads is a procedure like microdermabrasion or chemical peeling. Otherwise apply Retino A 0.025%gel on pimples daily at night.

Children do not need fairness soaps. All they need is any mild soap that doesnot cause excessive dryness of skin like oilatum bar.

You are most likely suffering from Androgenetic alopecia. But if you want tests, you can go for serum Ferritin and Thyroid profile to rule out Chronic telogen effluvium.
