She suffering from tan on my forehead please suggest me something to get rid of this problem.

Master surgery, FICA USA
General Surgeon, Aligarh
Excessive exposure to ultra violate rays (uva and uvb) of the sun accelerates melanin production in the skin that leads to darkening of exposed skin. Tan usually occurs on body parts that are exposed to sun such as, face, neck, arms, and legs. Sun tan causes various skin problems.

I have so many marks on my face. Tried all d creams and home remedies. Still can not find any changes. So can you help me out to recover.

Be patient. Improving takes a long time, even with the most powerful treatments from your doctor. Do not expect much improvement in the first few weeks of any treatment. Do not squeeze! discipline yourself not to squeeze or fiddle with your spots, because this encourages scarring. Relaxation techniques may help you break the habit (cassettes, videos or books may be useful).

Most of the time I have badly cracked skin on my first fingers of both hands and I could not bend it, otherwise it cut down. It aggravates when I use hard soap. However I avoid hard soaps, but still it troubles me. I am a diabetic 47 year old. Kindly suggest someone ointment and guide.

Protect your hands. Protection is key. Wear rubber or latex gloves when you're exposed to irritants. Choose ones that are lined with cotton. The key is to wash gently. Opt for warm water -- hot water strips the skin of its natural, protecting oils. The tops of dry hands are especially parched. Some dermatologists suggest scrubbing just your palms when washing if your hands are particularly dry. Petroleum jelly (petrolatum), mineral oil, and lanolin, all of which trap water in the skin

I am taking falize s10 from last 8 years because of depression. I got dark circles around my eyes what should I do.

Master surgery, FICA USA
General Surgeon, Aligarh
Any medications that cause blood vessels to dilate can cause circles under the eyes to darken. Because the skin under the eyes is very delicate, any increased blood flow shows through the skin. So no worry.
