HI The soreness or muscle spasm is felt most strongly 24 to 72 hours after the exercise. Take it easy for a few days while your body adapts, . Or try some light exercise such as walking or swimming. Keeping the muscle in motion can also provide some relief.

Hello, you need d help of a physiotherapist to ease your problem. Tk, homoeo medicne/ @ rhus tox 200-6 polls, thrice a day. @ colchicum 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Your diet be easily digestible, on time. Tk, plenty of water. Avoid, junk food, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine. Tk care.

Hello lybrate-user both leg heel pain most commonly due to plantar fasciitis you need to start physiotherapy for same and anti-inflammatory medication even if no relief injection will be helpful but with strengthening and stretching plantar fascia exercises most of patient respond well consult doctor for same.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping-

Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.
