Dear User, You have a valid question, But that will also depend on the reason which caused the illness last time. We call it a "stressor- a situation which makes you feel stressed" If you had a stressor in past and developed the symptoms then there are chances that you may have symptoms again with a stressor either similar or different. It is like developing malaria after mosquito bite. You could not prevent yourself from mosquito bite and not all the mosquito bites cause you malaria, but one could do, which caused malaria you could not make out. Consider mosquito bite as a stressor. We can't see the future so we do not know which stress may provoke the symptoms. It would also depend on your capacity to cope up with the stress. If you did not have the stressor and even after that you developed the illness then also you are having the chance. Suppose if it happens again then you need to identify the symptoms first. If the symptoms are more severe then previous one then you would have to start the medicines and if the symptoms are lesser then you could opt for psychotherapy and/or medicines. Sometimes yoga do help in anxiety but sometimes it worsens the symptoms of it. Do it as per its effectiveness. Regards,
