Mixed feeding is not recommended. You can express your breast milk and keep it in refrigerator when you go to work. Someone at home can feed the baby by spoon.

Avoid too much of chocolates. Choclates are beneficial according to some studies. But in limited quantity. May cause dental caries. Try to get rid of this.

Normally brain development completes by the age of three. Some health supplements available in market can be given alongwith milk.

Get blood calcium levels done. Syp calcium dose would be adjusted according to it. And give 400IU of vit d3 once a day upto 1 year of age.
