Grey hair can not be made black again. Use dyes. You can prevent premature greying by taking balanced diet rich in proteins and vitamins. If you are not having hair loss, but want their growth, the tips are as follows: 1. Take protein rich balanced diet with plenty of pulses, mushroom and milk or milk products like curd and plenty of green vegetables, salad and fresh seasonal fruits (avoid cold storage and nonseasonal and over-ripened fruits) to provide protein and vitamins for hair growth. 2. Take plenty of water several times daily. Take proper and regular sleep, take green tea, do regular exercise and walks (avoid weight lifting exercises.). Remain happy free from tensions and stress. 3. If you take Egg which contains avidin that destroys hair growth vitamin "Biotin" alwas take Biotin supplementation (1/2 tab twice daily, not to be taken with egg or egg containing food but at different time). 4. If your intake of vegetables is less, take biotin supplementation. You may also take other growth vitamins like Folic acid and Vitamin B-12 and Pyridoxine. 5. Wash your hair regularly with shampoo and use hair conditioner after shampooo. Comb when hair are wet with thick bristles side of comb. Never use heat or hot blower to dry hair. 6. Do not use sticking and greasy oils to hair. Use non-sticking hair oil like Keo-carpine. 7. If you have dandruff, use Selsun shampoo once weekly on every Sunday. 8. Do not apply any chemicals or chemical containing compounds to roots of your hair. If problem of hair loss is their, I describe below in detail:- If it is male type baldness (receding of hairline backwards and central loss of hair)-- it is due to androgen hormone and is familial and has genetic disposition.---- no treatment as anti-androgen can not be given to malesas it may cause familiarization but females can take it. You may use antiandrogen cream or lotion containing cyproterone acetate or some other antiandrogen. Or may use oral tablets if you are female. You may also use minoxidil hair oil or cathepsin hair oil. But the results are poor. If patch loss of hair or loss of hair due to fungal infection or dandruff:- take Fluconazole 150 mg once weekly (every sunday) + once weekly shampooing with Selsun shampoo+ + Shampooing by Fluconazole shampoo on other days + local use of cotrimazole lotion Diet: Take high protein diet Don't eat egg as it has avidin which antogonises hair-growth promoting vitamin biotin or take egg with biotin Take green vegetables, salad and fruits Vitamins: TAKE BIOTIN 1/2 TABLET TWICE DAILY FOR 1 YEAR Excess of Vitamin A may cause hairloss while optimal dose increses hair growth.

Don't do anything! It is normal for some babies to have a lot of hair on their bodies. It won't hurt anything, and any attempt to remove it would be painful and possibly dangerous for the baby. It will gradually go away as she gets older.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of aloe vera juice and divya godhan ark of patanjali ayurveda in the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective, avoid use of any shampoo and hair oil…for 30 days…THANKS.

Superfoods for gorgeous hair.

Everyone of us  want long, gorgeous hair , dont we? Having good hair depends on many factors such as heredity,maintaining health of your hair and also nutrition. Yes nutrition does play a major role in growing long hair, what is inside is outside.

Let me share with you some of natures bounty which surely will help you accelerate hair growth and make your dream of lusciously long hair true.

  1. Spinach: Spinach is a great source of iron, vitamin A and C and protein. Iron deficiency is the main cause of hair fall and spinach is not only iron-rich, it also contains sebum which acts as a natural conditioner for hair. It also provides us with omega-3 acid, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. These help in maintaining a healthy scalp and lustrous hair.

 

  1. Carrots and Sweet Potatoes: Sneak carrots in your diet for those long and lustrous locks. Carrots and sweet potatoes contain beta -carotene that also improves hair growth A deficiency of vitamin A may lead to dry and itchy scalp.

 

  1. Eggs and Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs etc. are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids. Dairy products are also a great source of biotin (Vitamin B7) that is known to fight hair loss.

 

  1. Oats: Include a big bowl of oats in your morning meal to bid goodbye to hair fall. Oats are rich in fibre, zinc, iron, omega-6 fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) that stimulate hair growth and will make your hair thick and healthy.

 

  1. Walnuts: Add walnuts to your diet to prevent hair loss. It is the only known nut to contain biotin, B vitamins (B1, B6 and B9), Vitamin E, plenty of protein and magnesium, all of which strengthen hair cuticles and nourish the scalp

 

 

  1. Lentils: Lentils are loaded with protein, iron, zinc, and biotin. Besides this, lentils are full of folic acid which is necessary for restoring the health of red blood cells that supply skin and scalp with the much-needed oxygen.

 

 

  1. Strawberry: Strawberries contain high levels of silica. Silica is a trace mineral vital for hair strength and hair growth. Other silica rich foods include rice, oats, onion, cabbage, cucumber and cauliflower.

 

  1. Yogurt: Yogurt is packed with Vitamin B5 and Vitamin D that are known to promote hair follicle health. Alternatively, you can also use yogurt to make a hair mask every once in a while.

 

  1. Foods rich in Vitamin-C: Vitamin C supports the absorption of iron in our body, the deficiency of which may lead to hair loss. Vitamin C is also known for its antioxidant properties which reduces the damage caused by free radicals that may make your hair brittle and weak. Add fruits like oranges, papaya, blueberries, lime and kiwi to your diet. Vitamin C also helps in the production of an essential protein called collagen which strengthens blood vessels that supports the hair shafts.

 

Try to include all the above foods rich in nutrients in your daily lifestyle, they help in curbing hairfall and improving overall health of your hair.

Check for mastitis with local doctors. For moustache and beard, pl clean face skin thoroughly. Apply deep penetrating oil+ 'keshya' herbs extract and onion juice regularly. Bowels cleaning, satvic, nutritious food, practice of Pranayam and sheershasan is to be done under guidance.

A feet pain occur for long time. The feet pain occur frequently. Pls solutions as soon as possible.
Do get these investigations done - sr. Uric acid, calcium, vit. D3, vit. B-12. Meanwhile - gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that you may consult me privately over lybrate. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

It may be because of some trauma. Whatever the reason, treatment remains same. You need to use ring cushion. Avoid sitting on hard surface. Follow this for 1 year. Don't even try to see if you still have pain or not till then.

Gooseberry is a really famous fruit in India which treats almost every ailment in this world. If you want to fight obesity, stomach problems skin infection, hair problems, etc. then you should definitely go for Indian gooseberry.Gooseberry is known as ‘amla’ in Hindi and you can easily find it in a vegetable shop or in the form of juices and pickles. You would need to buy powdered gooseberries for treating white hair. Mix powdered gooseberry with lemon juice and apply it on your hair. Apply it on your scalp as well. Massaging the scalp with this mixture will make your hair black in few days. Do this on a daily basis for best results.

Hello, There are few lifestyle changes like brisk walking daily, avoid intake of Yoga-Poses: Kalapbhati: This is a very effective form of pranayama. Sit down on the floor in a comfortable cross-legged position. Take a deep breath & then exhale quickly, while making a sound. Always remember while doing Kapalbhati – you have to forcefully and quickly exhale, but slowly and deeply inhale. Continue doing this for 10 times & then release. Ujjayi Pranayam: Sit down on the floor in a cross-legged straight position. Inhale slowly and deeply by both the nostrils. Try to make a hissing sound while you are sucking in the air. After that, stretch your inhale time for a while & then exhale as much as you can without giving any kind of pressure to your other body parts. This type of pranayama is very effective for those suffering from bronchitis, asthma & thyroid. Yoga Nidra (Corpse Pose) also works well in both hypo and hyperthyroidism in reducing stress and calming down. Foods to be avoided in Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism causes skin to become dry. Once it is controlled with tsh levels becoming normal, most symptoms will disappear. Carrots and beet root are fine, can be eaten. Only cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts, soy beans and soy containing products and coffee need to be avoided. For pain in joints: Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Good evening lybrate-user from your question I have understood that your leg pain must be due a muscle pull. What I would advice you to do is the following > start with cold water fermentation for about 20 minutes. > then tie a crape bandage to your leg and elevate your leg for 1 hour. > then if your pain still does not go you could take a session of 10 days of ift therapy or ultrasound therapy (physio treatments) for your leg. This would definately help you. Also visit a ortho doctor and get the right type of pain killers.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back
