Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day. Take sitopaladi. Praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day. Take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea. .gargle with hot water (salted) avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Sir, since milk is the best of calcium but I am a milk intolerant so cannot take the same. Sir lassi prepared from curd provides the same amount of calcium as of milk. Further please tell me also whether lassi possess the same amount of calcium and nutritions which curd provides.

Lassi perse needs to be avoided and if milk is intolerable and if fresh curd is tolerated than can drink fresh homemade curd or otherwise we will have to skip curd also from our daily diet

1. Keep your body and surroundings clean wash your hand frequently specilly after sneezing/ coughing 2. No smoking 3. No cold drinks, water, ice creams and like that 4. Do warm salt water gargles daily 5. Do steam inhalation daily once 6. Take green tea 7. Avoid all sour food when throat is bad 8. No spicy/ fried/ junk food.

Dear pt, take plenty of water. Use raw coconut oil over your face at bed time overnight then wash by facewash in the morning. Sepia 200 one dose in every morning until it cured. Thanks.

Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

Hello, from your description, I can diagnose that you are suffering from throat infection. You can gargle with warm water for three to four times a day. You can also drink warm turmeric milk twice a day. In case if you are having fever also along with throat pain, you will need to take a proper course of medicines.
