Visit your consulting cardiologist and get consent for undergoing extraction. Your cardiologist will tell you when to stop taking ecosprin.

You can drink lemonade after an hour. But do not use a straw. Use a glass and pour it on the other side without touching the extraction site.

Toothpaste has no role in preventing tartar. A proper brushing technique has to be followed. Swish mouth with warn salt water or mouthwash daily.
