Hai Mr. Lybrate-user most common reason for blood in stools is fissure in ano, i. E. Break in the lining of anus, and hemorrhoids (piles). I suggest you to consult a near by surgeon and get examined, to find out the proper cause. And include fibre rich diet like fruits, green leafy vegetables, bananas, hot water in da morning, green tea, it will help to soften the stool, avoid spicy foods.

Hai. Mr. Lybrate-user, constipation z one of the most common problems these days, mainly because of the food practice. Firstly include fresh fibre rich fruits, green leafy vegetables, bananas, and drink warm water everyday, do some exercise in the morning. See if it comes down, if not consult back for further management.

Dear Sir/madam. I am suffering from migraine. Every day I use to get severe Headache. Really intolerable. I will not be able to listen to any sound when I am suffering from headache. Many of them say that there is no cure for migraine. Can you please suggest if any medicine or any other formula to control it. Usually I use to get either right side r left side. Please reply me. And provide your valuable suggestions to me so that I can be out of migraine. Thank you.

Hai Ms. Lybrate-user, migraine can be controlled by avoiding the factors giving rise to it. You need to observe the factors that increase your migraine and strat avoiding it. In severe cases, prophylactic medication have to be started. And yoga will help you to decrease the episodes of it.

Hai Mr. Lybrate-user, your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. Having food with long gaps and beverages like coffee, tea, spicy n unhygienic foods leads to this. I suggest you to start with antacids, and have food at regular intervals. Till your gastritis comes down, try to have bland food avoiding beverages.

Hai Mr. Lybrate-user, eye sight have tendency to increase upto certain age. It will become stagnant aft 20years of age usually. But in some cases, it continues to increase irrespective of age. And it may be leading to headache. And may b associated with some other problem, which is increasing your headache. Take regular check up of eye sight - once in 6months, and change your glasses according to the power.

Hi.. Frequent feeling of hungry, at your age mainly suggests diabetes mellitus.(increases sugar levels). And tingling sensation in leg add on to if. So I suggest you to get a your sugar levels tested by various tests. Fbs (fasting blood sugar) go to the lab before breakfast. Ppbs (post prandial blood sugar: after 2hours of having food. And review with the report.

Hai lybrate-user, decreased hemoglobin levels are due to many causes, extends from infection to chronic diseases. Firstly you can start with having healthy iron rich foods like- pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery, green leafy vegetables. And take iron tablet/syrup for a month, if your hemoglobin levels increases slightly, dn continue the same, if not you hav to undergo few tests to find out the proper cause. In case of females, excessive blood loss during periods is also a cause.

Hai lybrate-user, you need to consult a near by physician if you think you are having dengue. Becoz it is not to be ignored. You need to undergo investigations. Dengue viral infection is spread by mosquitoes, that dwell in stored clean water. So keep your surroundings clean, and don't let stangnat water around your home/working place. Use mosquito coils/nets.

Hi lybrate-user, your's is a growing age and nutritious food helps you in both physical and mental growth. Protein rich foods like- pulses, sprouted grams, meat, buids your muscle. Fatty food shud not be over taken. Egg, rice, wheat does vl. Green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and juices, raw vegetables like carrots, tomatoes can be consumed evryday with your meal. Meditation or yoga or exercise in early hours of morning, help you intellectually.
