Hello, I have eggs, dal and raw salad. My salad contains: Lettuce, red & yellow capsicum, purple cabbage, Mushrooms, baby corn, Zuchini And brocolli. I boil the brocolli. I sometimes have uneasiness in the stomach. I can't figure out what would be the cause. Can you please let me know how the cure or something I am eating wrong? Thank you.

Hello, Kindly tell me How many eggs you took and white or yellow portion you have eaten? and about raw salad i want to tell you that you should take protection as lot of pesticides are used and cabbage especially can be cause of worm in stomach so wash vegetable properly and keep in water for at least 2-4 hour and peel outer layer and better to avoid raw cabbage stomach uneasiness may be due to acidity/ gas/ indigestion And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made food Take fibrous diet Regular Physical exercise Regular Meditation consult Physician for further management

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Basically the pimples are due to hormonal changes in your age. Due to changing sexual energy, your body reacts differently. Pimples are one outcome of those changes. You can stay away from masturbation from some days and use the following advice - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back, leg and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab or thigh exercises or ab thigh machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.
