Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! The only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what YOU can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Can you give me description for kegel exercise for men. How to do it and it's advantages.
Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination. Here’s how: Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine. Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath. When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles. Some men find these muscles by imagining that they are trying to stop the passage of gas. Squeezing these muscles gives a pulling sensation; these are the right muscles for pelvic exercises. It's important not to contract other muscles. Some men need biofeedback to help them target the right muscles. To do Kegel exercises for men: Contract these muscles for a slow count of five. Release the muscles to a slow count of five. Repeat 10 times. Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day. When you’re first starting, it may be easier to do Kegel exercises lying down, so your muscles aren’t fighting against gravity. It may also be easier to contract the muscles for just two or three seconds at first. After a few weeks, increase the time until eventually you’re contracting the muscles for a slow five or 10 seconds, and do the exercises standing up. That puts more weight on the muscles, boosting your workout and improving your control. Remember not to tense your buttock, legs, or stomach muscles while you’re doing Kegels.

Hi You have not crossed your periods date. So if you feel any chance of pregnancy you can check it by doing urine pregnancy test if your periods delay. Back pain may be because of discharge problem which can be handled after confirmation regarding pregnancy.

दोस्तो सुंदर कौन नही दिखना चाहता? पर आज के इस प्रदूषण वाले दौर में सुंदर दिखने के लिए मेहनत करना भी जरूरी है। सुंदरता पाने के लिए योग का नियमित अभ्यास करना बहुत आवश्यक है। आजकल के बढ़ते प्रदुषण, तनाव और बढ़ती उम्र के चलते हमारे शारीरिक सौंदर्य में कमी आ जाती है। चहरे पर झुर्रिया, झाइयां और कालापन सा छाने लगता है साथ ही आजकल के युवा वर्ग कील-मुहासों और फुंसियों से भी परेशान रहने लगे है। कील मुहासों और उनके दागों से चेहरे की खूबसूरती और आकर्षण कम हो जाता है, लेकिन यदि चेहरे का सही तरह से ध्यान रखा जाये तो उसकी खूबसूरती को बहुत समय तक बरक़रार रखा जा सकता है।

महिलाएं अपने सौंदर्य के प्रति चिंता जनक तो रहती है लेकिन वो अपनी सुंदरता को बढ़ने के लिए बाजार में उपलब्ध कई प्रकार के कॉस्मेटिक और क्रीम्स का इस्तेमाल करना शुरू कर देती है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते है की इन् सभी क्रीम्स से आपको प्राकृतिक सुंदरता वापस नहीं मिल सकती है। इसके आलावा उम्र के साथ-साथ भी त्वचा की प्राकृतिक चमक कम होने लगती है और त्वचा सुखी होने लगती है। त्वचा में प्राक्रतिक निखार लाने के लिए योग सबसे अच्छा उपाय है।
चेहरे की सुंदरता बनाये रखने के लिए योग एक ऐसा माध्यम है जो हमें शारीरिक और मानसिक तनाव से दूर रखता है। यह स्वास्थ्य और सौंदर्य का मिश्रण है, चेहरे में रक्त का संचार ठीक तरह से करता है जिससे त्वचा टाइट और क्लीन होती है और साथ ही चेहरे की नसों में कई तरह के खिंचाव होते है जिससे चेहरे की झुर्रिया कम होती है। योग करने से गाल, आँख, थोड़ी, गला और माथे की त्वचा में कसावट आती है और बढ़ती उम्र का प्रभाव चेहरे पर नहीं पड़ता है। आइये जानते है चेहरे को चमकदार और स्वस्थ बनाये रखने के लिए योग क्रियाएँ।

1. सर्वांगासन
सर्वंगासन करने से चेहरे और मस्तिष्क में रक्त प्रवाह बढ़ जाता है। इस वजह से यह त्वचा का ढीलापन कम हो जाता है और झुर्रियाँ कम करने में भी मदद करता है। यह गुरुत्वाकर्षण के प्रभाव को कम करता है, जिसके कारण चेहरे पर अधिक दमक आती है।
2. हलासन
हलासन थायरॉयड ग्रंथि को उत्तेजित करता है और शरीर में हार्मोन को नियंत्रित करता है। इस से अनेक लाभ होते हैं, जिनमे से एक है सेहतमंद और दमकती त्वचा। यह आसन करने के लिए पीठ के बल सीधे लेट जायें। बाज़ुओं को सीधा पीठ के बगल में ज़में पर टिका कर रखें। साँस अंदर लेते हुए दोनो टाँगों को उठा लें और कोहनियों को ज़मीन पर टिकाए हुए दोनो हाथों से पीठ को सहारा दें। अब टाँगों को बिल्कुल पीछे ले जायें और अपनी क्षमता के मुताबिक 60 से 90 सेकेंड तक इस मुद्रा में रहें और फिर धीरे से पैरों को वापिस ले आयें।
3. शीर्षासन
शीर्षासन का नाम शीर्ष शब्द पर रखा गया है, जिसका मतलब होता है सिर। शीर्षासन को सभ आसनों का राजा माना जाता है। इसे करना शुरुआत में कठिन ज़रूर है लेकिन इसके लाभ अनेक हैं जिनमे से एक है चमकती हुई त्वचा।
4. बलून पोज योग
इस योग को करने के लिए मुह में हवा भरकर 10 सेकंड तक ऐसे ही रहें और साँस को रोककर रखें। भरी हुई हवा को मुह में इधर उधर घुमाएं। ऐसा 5-7 बार करें। नियमित इस आसान को करने से चेहरे पर चर्बी जमा नही होती है। मुँहासे की समस्या दूर होती है और जबड़ा भी मजबूत हो जाता है।
5. हास्य योग
जब भी समय मिले तब बहुत जोर-जोर से हँसे, खुलकर हँसना इतना की आँखों से आंसू निकल आये तो इससे शरीर की एक साथ 600 मांसपेशियों की कसरत होती है। ठहाके मारकर हसने से हमारा इम्यून सिस्टम बेहतर होता है, फेफड़ो में ऑक्सीजन जाती है रक्त शुद्ध होता है और चेहरा गुलाब की तरह खिल जाता है।
6. उदान मुद्रा
इस आसान को करने के लिए पद्मासन में बैठ जाएं और फिर अपने हाथो की तीनो उंगलियो तर्जनी ऊँगली को छोड़कर बाकि उंगलियो को अंगूठे के टिप से मिलाएं। इसका अभ्यास 5 मिनट प्रतिदिन करें और अपनी ग्लोइंग त्वचा पाएं।
7. जीभ मुद्रा
इस मुद्रा में अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार जीभ को 30 सेकंड तक कसकर बाहर की तरफ निकालें। इस योग को करने से आंखों के नीचे की झुर्रियां कम होती हैं और आंखों को भी फायदा मिलता है। 
8. आंखों का योग
सावधान की मुद्रा में खड़े हो जाये और पैरों के बीच एक फ़ीट का अंतर रखें, चेहरे को हथेलियों से ढक लें और 10 बार गहरी लम्बी साँस लें, इसके बाद अंगुलियों से चेहरे, आँख और माथे को हल्के-हल्के रगड़े।
9. योग के साथ आहार
करेले का जूस तथा करेले का उपयोग करें क्योंकि यह रक्तशोधक होता है जो रक्त से संभंधित परेशानियां दूर करता है। खाने में अंकुरित दाल और रेशे दर सब्जियों का सेवन करने से फायदा होता है। ताजे फल और विटामिन C से युक्त पदार्थो का सेवन करने से ग्लो आता है चहरे पर। प्रतिदिन कम से कम 14-15 गिलास पानी पिए जिससे आपके चेहरे को साफ रखने में मदद मिलती है। और सब से ज्यादा जरूरी है तनाव, क्रोध, अनिद्रा और धुप से बचने की क्योंकि यही सबसे बड़ा कारण है स्किन खराब होने की।
10. तेज़ी से आंखे भींचना 
इसके लिए अपने दोनों हाथों की मुठ्टियों को बांधकर, दोनों आंखों को कसकर बंदकर कर लें और इससे दोहराएं। यह क्रिया को करने से माथे पर पड़ी सलवटें दूर होती हैं।
11. फिश पोज 
इसके लिए दोनों गालों को अंदर भींजकर चेहरे को लाइक-अ-फिश यानी मछलीनुमा बना लें। इस योग को करने से चेहरे का अतरिक्त फैट कम होता है और यह झुर्रियों को रोकता है साथ ही मांसपेशियों में कसावट लता है।
12. बुद्धा पोज
इस पोज में आप दोनो आंखों को बंद करके बैठे और दोनों आई ब्रोंज के बीच ध्यान लगाएं। 30 सेकंड तक इसी पोज में बैठे रहें। यह मैडिटेशन की तरह आपको सुकून का एहसास देगा और साथ ही साथ आपके स्किन में ग्लो भी लाएगा।

Dark circle around the eyes appear due to stress, lack of adequate sleep,hectic life style ,hormonal changes, hereditary Natural method of treatment 1.Mix 1 tsf of tomato juice with 1 tsf of lemon juice, apply it on affected area, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it with water, repeat the process twice daily 2.Apply little almond oil(it is rich in Vitamin E) on dark circle and massage it gently leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning 3. mix orange juice with few drops of glycerin, apply it over dark circle, keep it for 10 minutes and wash it off with water 4.Put sliced cucumber in fridge for 30 minutes,take them out and place it over dark circle, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it off with cold water 5.crush few mint leaves with water forming a paste, apply it on affected area, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it with cold water 6.Soak cotton ball in rose water, apply it on affected area, leave it for 15 minutes wash it 7.Drink tomato juice mixed with lemon juice and mint leaves 8.do regular yoga and meditation to relieve stress

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

You are not happy. Something is bothering you. But probably you are not able to understand what is causing this sadness and why you feel like crying. I guess you have lot of suppressed emotions. Please try to understand what is going on in your mind. Do not try to avoid or neglect your true feelings. Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Starts taking frequent meals. As it increase your mrtabolism. Do not skip your major meal. Second start to take salt free dinner at least 3 to 4 days in a week. You can start herbal water according to your body type.
