Dear lybrate user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/nocturnal emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Such circulation of blood around the digestive system for a prolonged period often results in sluggish circulation of blood around the other systems of human body. A hernia is caused by a weakness in the abdominal wall which allows the abdominal contents (mostly fat, but rarely intestines) to slip down in to the scrotal sac (commonly referred to as your “balls”). This is more likely to happen when you increase the pressure in your abdomen by coughing. I suggest you see a urologist for a check up and diagonisis. Best of luck.

1. फर्स्ट टाइम सेक्स में दर्दः अक्सर कहा जाता है कि पहली बार सेक्स करने में बहुत दर्द होता है लेकिन अगर ठीक से फोरप्ले किया जाए और आप इसके लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हों तो पहली बार सेक्स करना बहुत आसान हो जाता है और बहुत कम दर्द होता है। आप चाहें तो इस समय लुब्रीक्रेंट्स का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

2. साइज का महत्वः यकीन मानिए सेक्स में साइज का कोई महत्व नहीं होता। महिलाओं में अक्सर यह भ्रम होता है कि उनके पार्ननर का साइज जितना बड़ा होता है उन्हें उतनी जल्दी ऑर्गेजम तक पहुचेंगी। लेकिन यह धारणा बिल्कुल अलग है। ऑर्गेजम का साइज से कोई लेनादेना नहीं होता है।

3. पोर्न फिल्मों जैसा अहसासः अगर आपको लगता है कि आप भी पोर्न स्टार की तरह सेक्स कर पाएंगे तो आप गलत सोच रहे हैं। पोर्न फिल्मों में कई ऐक्ट तो फेक होते हैं और साथ ही आपकी बॉडी भी पोर्न स्टार्स जैसी नहीं होती। इसलिए उन्हें फॉलो करने की कोशिश न करें।

4. ब्लीडिंग की धारणाः आमतौर पर लोगों में यह धारणा है कि फर्स्ट टाइम सेक्स के दौरान वर्जिन लड़की को ब्लीडिंग होना जरूरी है। लेकिन यह सही नहीं है। ब्लीडिंग का संबंध वर्जिनिटी से बिल्कुल नहीं है। ब्लीडिंग हाइमन के फटने से होती है, जो संभव है कि कभी उस पर खेलकूद या भागदौड़ के कारण दबाव पड़ने पर पहले ही फट गई हो। जरूरी नहीं है कि ऐसा सेक्स के दौरान ही हो।

5. ज्यादा समय तक सेक्सः  लोगों में यह धारणा है कि पहली बार सेक्स की अवधि बहुत लंबी होती है और इसका अंत ऑर्गेजम के रूप में होता है। लेकिन यह धारणा सही नहीं है और ऑर्गेजम के मामले में महिलाओं को निराशा हाथ लग सकती है। इसलिए जरूरी है कि पहली बार सेक्स के दौरान बिना किसी उम्मीद के सिर्फ इसे एंजॉय करने की कोशिश करें।

Had forearm fracture and fixed it with surgery by nail in the radius now 1 and half months over and cast is removed but after removing cast I feel pain in thumb finger and unable to bend it. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Arnica 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Symphytum q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep.
