Do belly exercise and you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take one glass lukewarm water with lemon. And eat less carbohydrates and low calorie foods. Avoid junk foods. Don't use rice at night. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts. Don't use table salt. Take small and frequent meal. Give me a private message I will help you with more. Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day. Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take painkiller like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

If you have uncontrolled diabetes it affects the nerves and may cause hearing loss. Your hearing loss may be due to other causes also for that you should consult an ent doctor. Nothing can assure you 100 % cure at the age of 62 yrs but keeping your blood sugar within target level makes you healthy in every ways. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, yoga etc. Eat more foods more frequently. Do not skip meals. Use whole cream milk. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take extra refined foods. Eat more egg, meat etc. Add ghee, butter etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Use supplement. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 ( 4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert Follow the tips: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Avoid harsh skin products.

Hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. 1. You should keep your towel and comb clean and keep it for you seperately 2.Drink plenty of water. 3. Take a good sleep everyday 4. Consume a balanced diet 5. Daily 2 gooseberries.

I am 17 years old. My face was full of pimples since 2-3 years. Now it started to decrease in quantity. But the spot marks are still there. Amd the pimples also show up at certain times. Is there any remedy for spot removals and pimples. I once read about using baking soda with water and applying it on the spots. I tried it 3-4 times. Now it seemed to have less. But when I discontinued again the scars came. Is it healthy for skin to ise baking soda/powder. Im also using a radiant gene activator with licorice extract. Please help me if im doing wrong. And suggest remedies.

Do not use baking soda regularly,it vil make ur skin sensitive and prone to allergies.u can continue using the li price extract.Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.
