First you go for Blood Sugar, might be problem of Diabetes. If it is, you have to take systemic treatment. Apply Zole F ointment.

Yes, as you are 63, it's normal. Not to worry. Get your USG Exam, may your your prostate be enlarged, that's why urine frequency is there. Be happy, not to worry.
