These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Obesity and diabetes usually go hand in hand and both of them have one common solution that is physical exercise. It is a known solution to obesity related problems and after fat loss, many people have stated reduction in health problems caused by it.

However diabetes, whether caused by obesity or not can also be kept in check by regular physical exercise. Let's see how it does so:

1. Keeps body insulin in check: Exercising regularly ensures that insulin levels within your body are kept in check. Insulin is what makes the blood sugar get absorbed into the muscles for energy in the form of glucose. Thus this reduces blood sugar levels within the body and keeps the levels within the body under control for patients who have higher blood sugar counts.

2. Exercising helps reduce depression and stress: Exercising is known to have a very positive effect mentally as endorphins are released after a workout. This makes you feel happier and better about yourself and reduces stress or depression. b) If you have non obesity related diabetes, then appetite suppression will help you eat better and stop you from eating foods or untimely snacks that may contribute to blood sugar issues.

You are definitely under some stress. Meet with a counselor and take care of the stress to regain your concentration. In teh meantime do the following regularly: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Get your cap fixed temporarily first. If no pain & sensitivity then get it permanently fixed. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning or a re root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Role of Exercises on Osteoarthritis Knee

What is osteoarthritis of knee?

Osteoarthritis of the knee (knee oa) is a progressive disease causing inflammation and degeneration of the knee joint that worsens over time. It affects the entire joint, including bone, cartilage, ligament, and muscle. Its progression is influenced by age, body mass index (bmi), bone structure, genetics, strength, and activity level. Knee oa also may develop as a secondary condition following a traumatic knee injury. Depending on the stage of the disease and whether there are associated injuries or conditions, knee oa can be managed with physical therapy. More severe or advanced cases may require surgery.

Symptoms of knee oa may include:

  • Worsening pain during or following activity, particularly with walking, climbing, or descending stairs, or moving from a sitting to standing position
  • Pain or stiffness after sitting with the knee bent or straight for a prolonged period of time
  • A feeling of popping, cracking, or grinding when moving the knee
  • Swelling following activity
  • Tenderness to touch along the knee joint

Physiotherapy for oa knee:

Here are 5 exercises to help you take control of your knee oa. These exercises are recommendations. Before doing them, get your physio's approval. Never push through pain with these exercises you may be doing your joints more harm than good. Soreness is normal when starting an exercise program, but if it doesn't go away, call your doctor.

1. Knee oa exercise #1: standing quadriceps stretch

  • Stretching your quadriceps can ease tension in the knee joints.
  • Stand with feet hip-distance apart.
  • Bend your right knee and hold the top of your right foot with your right hand.
  • Bring your right heel as close as possible to your glutes. You can use a wall for balance.
  • Hold for 30 seconds, and repeat on the left leg.
  • Do 3 times once a day.

Knee oa exercise #2: standing calf stretch

  • This gentle calf stretch increases flexibility in your leg muscles and knee joints.
  • Bring your right foot a few feet in front of your left foot. Bend your right leg, making sure your knee doesn't go past your toes.
  • Keeping your left leg straight, press your left heel toward the ground to stretch the calf of your back leg.
  • Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on opposite leg.
  • Do 3 times daily.

Knee oa exercise #3: 

  • Seated leg raise
  • The seated leg raise exercise helps strengthen muscles around your knees.
  • Sit on a chair with both legs bent at 90.
  • Slowly raise your right leg so that it's parallel to the floor, keeping your left foot on the ground.
  • Hold for 30 seconds, then slowly bring the right foot back to the floor, and repeat on left leg.
  • Do 10 times twice a day.

Knee oa exercise #4: 

  • Step-ups strengthen your legs, making it easier for you to do everyday things like climb stairs. You'll need an exercise step, or use a bottom stair in your house.
  • Stand in front of the stair with feet hip-width apart.
  • Step onto the stair with your right foot, then with your left foot.
  • Step down in reverse: your left foot reaches the ground first, then the right foot.
  • Go at your own pace for about 30 seconds at a time. For balance, use a railing.
  • Do 10 times twice a day.

Knee oa exercise #5: 

  • Static quadriceps contraction
  • With your knee relatively straight, slowly tighten the muscle at the front of your thigh (quadriceps) by pushing your knee down into a small rolled up towel. 
  • Put your fingers on your quadriceps to feel the muscle tighten during the contraction. 
  • Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as firmly as possible without increasing your symptoms.

What if I need surgery?

In some cases of knee oa, the meniscus (shock absorber of the knee) may be involved. In the past, surgery to repair or remove parts or all of this cartilage was common. Current research, however, has shown in a group of patients who were deemed surgical candidates, 60-70% of those who participated in a physical therapy program, instead of surgery, did not go on to have surgery. Further, after 1 year those outcomes were unchanged. This study suggests that physical therapy may be an effective alternative for those patients who would like to avoid surgery.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. Dear if his eyes are the problem glasses can take care if used in proper power. But the pressure that is on the eyes, could be helped by drinking more water, having good sleep, eating non acidic foods. If problem continues I suggest go for a ct scan head. The best. Puking if present please specify the quantity, frequency and modality when it happens. Bowel habits also need to be considered.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

My wife of age 42 has undergone a severe back pain at lumbar side. The pain is in between L4-L5. The MRI shows that there is a stenosis in L4-L5. She is advised to do surgery, but we are not willing to do surgery. She is exercising every day regularly for the same. The pain is in right leg to sciatica nerve. Tell me that it should be operated or not to operate? Or whether it will be relaxed by regular exercise?

Prescription- do hamstring (thigh), calf stretching for sciatic pain. For back pain put hot water bottel on affected area of back. Take towel roll and put it under the back curve, then push the towel roll and hold it 10 seconds. Do this cycle 15 times twice a day. Avoid long sitting, and right side lying. Go to your near physiotherapy clinic for lumbar traction.
