**hello lybrate-user, first of all I would like the appreciate your thought that you want to do some thing to avoid laptop and mobile. **thus, what I mean that you have already taken the first step by deciding that you want to do something, so that you can have a balanced life between laptop - mobile one one side and your priorities like studies on the other side. ** atleat the level of awareness that you have will take you long way. ** firstly, you don't have to completely avoid them. But rather divide your time according to your priorities. If your priority is studies then make a timetable as to how and when and how much time will you give to your studies. Then in breaks you can still operate on mobile and laptop. ** try not to completely be off them as then the craving will be more. ** see that you don't starve your self from studies and other activities as well. ** think of physical activities (swimming, racket games, cycling gym etc,) that you can do so that you r fit at the same time. ** if you want, you can learn to play any musicical instrument, as it's a great way to concentrate and focus in your life. ** all the best for your new improvised lifestyle.

1. Retrain your mind and body for sleep. If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. When we lie sleeplessly in bed our brain begins to associate bed with sleeplessness. Stimulus control therapy works to retrain your brain how to sleep. There are some guidelines you can follow on your own that can really help in this area. First, avoid using your bed for anything (ok almost anything!) except sleep. Secondly, if you are in bed awake for more than 20 minutes, get up and sit in a chair outside of the sleeping area and participate in a non-activating activity in low light. For example reading, crafting, or implementing a relaxation exercises. Try not to use anything with a screen. Sleep Hygiene can also contribute to training your body to sleep. One healthy step towards this is to develop a nighttime ritual. Having a cup of tea (decaffeinated), taking a warm shower, stretching, changing into specific pajamas before bed can all help send messages to your brain that it is time to go to sleep. 2. Manage your stress and worry. Stress and anxiety can create substantial barriers to sleep. Some tools that you can use during your day and near bedtime to reduce worry and stress are breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises. Both of these tools can help to reduce stress and induce relaxation which will help you prepare your body and mind to rest. Worry time: Pick a scheduled time to worry and write your worries down. If you think of something during the rest of the day, tell yourself you will worry about that during your “worry time.” If you must, take a minute to write down your worry at that time. Lastly, don’t look at the clock while sleeping! This can lead to increased pressure and worry about sleeping. I have had clients that go so far as to put the clock in another part of the room or put tape over the screen to avoid temptation. 3. Daily Activities and next steps What you do during the day does affect the quality of your sleep. There is plenty of evidence that supports the fact that exercising during the day can help you sleep better. Also, napping during the day can negatively affect your nighttime sleep. I am 42 years old, male, suffering from diabetic 2, recent blood test result is fasting 89.9 and aqfter food is 131.9 taking blisto 1mf each one before meals morning and night. Recently from some days suffering from tiredness and hunger so my doctor advised me to cut off tablets by 50 percent, please advice me any suggetions.

Take plain glimepiride 1 mg before breakfast. Take metformin 500 mg twice daile, before breakfast & dinner. Repeat fbs & ppbs after 2 weeks. Take small quantities of food every 3-4 hours during day. Never starve. If you exercise, do so only after taking light food.

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3.Take one tablet of Levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time. 4. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis 5. consult ENT specialist

Depending on the cause of your symptoms, your doctor may tell you to increase your blood pressure by making these simple changes: Eat a diet higher in salt. Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids/ especially salty drink e.g. salty lassi, salty lemon water, et.c. Limit alcoholic beverages. Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. Avoid heavy lifting. Avoid straining while on the toilet. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating. Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals. If needed, use elastic support (compression) stockings that cover the calf and thigh. These may help restrict blood flow to the legs, thus keeping more blood in the upper body.

Hello- If you really love and care about your future life partner, thn do not go for contraceptive pills. Pills are hormonal in nature so they alters natural body physiology and make it abnormal. Your partner also might face difficulties in conceiving in future. Either use a condom, or you can go for calendar method of sex for contraception.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

Ringworm is an fungal infection .you can try ointment miconazole on it twice a day for approx 2 weeks. Home remedies involve tea tree oil, Soak a cotton ball in tea tree oil, squeeze the excess oil. Now apply this tea tree oil with the help of this cotton ball. Repeat it three times every day. You can also apply coconut oil on the affected area overnight.

Do not think so deep about phytates. If you are taking a normal healthy balanced diet there is no deficiency of zinc or iron in the body because of phytates in the whole grain. So do not be so much concern abt phytate contents in your food. Normal cooking of food reduces phytate level in food. Sprouting of grains also reduces phytate amt in diet take vit c rich food like - citrus fruits - lemon, orange, to balance phytate try for 15 days and give feed back for more advise.
