Hello, this might be because of weakness and overwork. So take alfalfa tonic with ginseng and five phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily. Take care.

Our pain is the second-most-common problem which makes people seek medical advice. Injuries and illnesses are typical triggers of pain.

Another reason is age-related degeneration, and most cases seen by pain specialists fall in this category. Everyone experiences some degree of pain in day to day life.

And it is a human tendency to ignore the pain, till it takes some serious dimension and begins to interfere with one's daily routine like work or socializing with family and friends or when it doesn't let you sleep peacefully.

Experts say, this tendency of ignoring pain should be avoided as negligence at initial levels can make the pain chronic and more harmful. In fact, in many cases, the damage due to pain becomes irrevocable if it is ignored for too long.

Currently, millions of people worldwide suffer from chronic pain of varying degrees. Increasing aging population worldwide, growing number of surgical procedures being performed, changing lifestyles, increasing the incidence of cancer are some of the factors causes increasing number of patients.

If you are hurt with some iron metal you need to get one anti tetanus injection within 24 hrs also get the proper antiseptic dressing done from a professional.

Neck pain and headache may be due to muscle tension and strain due to poor posture, working at a desk for too long without changing position, sleeping with your neck in a bad position, jerking the neck during exercise. Headache and pain in neck may be related to each other like due to any mental tension and stress or poor posture during sleep and some time pain may be due to any infection. First you should try following treatment for get relief pain. Apply ice for the first few days. After that, apply heat with a heating pad, hot compress, or by taking a hot shower. Take a few days off from sports, activities that aggravate your symptoms, and heavy lifting. Resume normal activity slowly as your symptoms ease. Exercise your neck every day. Slowly stretch your head in side-to-side and up-and-down motions. Use good posture. Avoid cradling the phone between your neck and shoulder. Change your position often. Don’t stand or sit in one position for too long. Get a gentle neck massage. Use a special neck pillow for sleeping. If still pain will remain same then get a cbc with esr test, x-ray of neck done and share your all reports for further management.

You should have proper sleep hygiene. Sleep at same time daily. No coffee or tea after 3 pm set the room temp at 70 degrees farenheit take a bath 2 hrs before sleep with epsom salt use diffuser with lavender essential oils in bed room lack of proper sleep is the trigger factor for chronic lifestyle diseases.

Dear lybrate user, try the following tips to help soothe pain and ease into your day: 1> take a warm shower or bath - warm showers or baths at bedtime and in the morning will help to relax muscles. 2> avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine 3> exercise - exercising during the day will increase restful sleep at night. Physical stretching exercises such as yoga helps in relaxation too. 4> practice healthy sleep habits. * sometimes, deficiency of essential minerals causes generalised body pain and laziness, hence go for a body check-up, if the above tips do not help.

Dear lybrate user. Get your routine testing done including pulse, blood pressure and blood sugar level. Also get thyroid function test done as hypothyroidism may present with proximal muscle weakness and thus difficulty in climbing stairs or getting up from chair. Start with vitamin d and calcium supplements. I hope these investigations guide us regarding your problem and thus the further management.
