These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent whitening of hairs.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi. This is definitely not related to bp or the bp medicines that he is taking presently. Most commonly this is related to dehydration. And this is very common in hot summer seasons like this one. So my advice is to take plenty of fluids orally, have fruits and fruit juices and avoid the hot sun. He should be fine with this. Take care.

Use » Sunny Arnica Hair Shampoo and » Sunny Arnica Hair Conditioner. Home Remedy:- Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Hello , must be from bef 2014, 2016 is in near future:) pls continue the medication suggested by doctor for diabetes. But for joint pains pls go with calcium fro diet like mutton paya, milk, egg, ect. Let me suggest you best food supplements also for quick recovery from diabetes and join pains. Jock itch is a very common groin rash. Roughly half of jock itch is due to fungus. The remainder is caused by moisture, irritation, and bacterial overgrowth. In most cases, jock itch can be treated at home effectively. You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1.Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer Lotrimin Ultra which contains Butenafine Hydrochloride over regular Lotrimin AF which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown Butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch. 2.Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. 3.Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. 4.Change clothes and undergarments every day. 5.Wear loose cotton clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 6.Treat any other fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence.

I am 67 years aged male. I have ben walking for about 45 minutes daily. For the past couple of weeks, after a walk of say 100 meters I feel pain in the right hip joint area. After a few minutes of rest I can walk again but the pain relapses and persists.

You feel weak, so you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet milk and milk products and give heavy and healthy breakfast like sprouts, dalia, poha, upma, oats. Include protein rich food in your diet.

My mom is almost 55 years old. She have pain in her foot due to bone growth. What is to be done?

Firstly get her uric acid checked. There is much you can do at home to manage the symptoms of bone spurs. Your first goal is to reduce the associated inflammation. Apply a cold pack to the affected area. Heat packs raise temperature and increase blood circulation, so they are counter-indicated in situations where inflammation exists. Cold therapy with ice, on the other hand, reduces swelling and pain by constricting blood vessels which helps relieve the inflammation. This age is of menopause, if your mother is not suffering from kidney and gallbladder stone, than she can eat 1 gram lime stone (choona) in 100 grams dahi everyday, this problem is of vaat (vaat pit kaff), avoid refined oil, use only pure mustard oil or cow ghee, or olive, vaat diseases becomes worst if you use refined or double refined, infact everybody in your home should abolish refined oil.
