Premature ejaculation I would like to suggest you a couple of exercises for PE 1. While you are urinating, stop the urine mid steam for 2 seconds. This should be done by contracting the muscles and NOT BY USING HANDS. After 2 seconds, you should let the urine pass for next 5 seconds and again stop it midstream. This sounds simple but requires practice. This needs to be done each time you go for urination. Initially you may stop the urine only ones but gradually the frequency of stoppage can be increased. 2. While working or sitting at workplace or at home, contract (tighten) the pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and then release it for 5 seconds. Now you would wonder where are these pelvic muscles are? If you are still confused about what are the pelvic muscles here is a clarification. Suppose you are standing in a queue outside a public toilet and you have go to pee in urgency and You have to wait for 5 min for your turn. You would stop your urine in some way by making some muscles around your penis tight. These muscles are the pelvic muscles. Do such repetitions for 5 times continuously, and you can also repeat such sets 5 times a day. Masturbation exercise Whenever you go for masturbation, stroke for some time and when you feel, you r about to ejaculate, stop and rest for 1-2 minutes and then again start stroking. Follow this for 3 times and then only discharge (ejaculate). Through this exercise your muscles which hold semen during sex will get stronger and a signal will be sent to brain that you have to last this much longer during sex.

I am not sure that I have ejaculated. But I have a doubt. But I gave her unwanted 72 after 3 hours on the same day of having sex. She had her periods on 10/5/18. And I had sex on 19/5/18. It was written that she will have periods after taking the pill but 3 days past nothing happened. Will she get pregnant?

You had sex on 9th day of menstrual cycle which is relatively safe, you gave her unwanted 72 which has effectiveness around 90% in preventing pregnancy. So no need to worry about pregnancy.

For reducing masturbation: Explore and make a list of time when you usually masturbate including factors which lead to it. - avoid same factors at that particular time, e.g. If you masturbate when you are lonely, then try to be with people all the time. - divert your mind from thoughts of masturbation: sit back, relax, drink a glass of water, try counting backwards from 50 to 1. - if you are used to masturbate watching porn, thn block porn in internet connection and delete all the files you have. - do other activities like swimming, walking, any outdoor sports or going out with friends - if you masturbate in shower, take a quick cold shower and get out early. - If you masturbate while sleeping, for some days sleep in the same room with family members or friend. - start exercising hard while you have excess thoughts of masturbation. This is how you will lose energy, feel tired and would go to sleep without masturbation. Urges generally last not more than half hour, you have to divert your mind in this half an hour. Have healthy diet with more protein and multivitamin to cure weakness.

Masturbation exercise Whenever you go for masturbation, stroke for some time and when you feel, you r about to ejaculate, stop and rest for 1-2 minutes and then again start stroking. Follow this for 3 times and then only discharge (ejaculate). Through this exercise your muscles which hold semen during sex will get stronger and a signal will be sent to brain that you have to last this much longer during sex. Do this exercise 3-4 times a week and your sex time will increase naturally. Do regular early morning jogging for 15 mins, have healthy diet with more protein, you will get good fertility.

Relation Between Emotional Avoidance And Eating Disorders!

An individual adopts his personality on the basis of both the genes inherited by him/her as well as the individual’s life experiences. Psychologists have been trying for decades to decipher several aspects of temperament and personality along with particular personality traits in persons with eating disorders. Individuals appear relatively specific to each type of eating disorder, and they can be distinguished from healthy individuals.
Eating disorders are known to be caused by a combination of various factors such as genetic, temperamental as well as external influences. But the most common link between people with eating disorders comprises of difficulties in expressing and coping with emotions.

The connection between emotional avoidance and eating disorders
Emotional avoidance can be described as actions which are intended to inhibit any emotional response from taking a place such as anger, sadness, fear or anxiety. Individuals affected with eating disorders tend to seek refuge in continuous eating or stop eating as an unconscious effort to cope up with the situation and feel better.

For example, a person suffering from anorexia tends to restrict their food intake when they come across feelings of loneliness and sadness. This is because it gives them a false sense of control in the situation. On the other hand, when it comes to a person with bulimia, purging and bingeing offers them a momentary feeling of comfort and relief. People who tend to binge on food tend to run away from the reality and use food as a means to distract themselves from the concerns and worries of the real world.

The reality is that eating disorders tend to provide short-term relief or satisfaction from emotional distress while in the long run throwing them into the abyss of emotional misery, depression, and loneliness.

Treating Eating Disorder

Patients suffering from anorexia nervosa have excessive levels of emotional avoidance which can be compared to other psychiatric populations. This finding emphasizes the fact that emotional avoidance is present in abundance in patients with anorexia nervosa and it also testifies to the fact that to some extent such patients willingly avoid aversive emotional states. They are also not competent in correctly identifying emotions and are not able to respond to feeling stemming from emotional distress.

Treating eating disorders incorporates different types of strategies which can aid the sufferers to improve their quality of lives. But it is essential on the part of the doctors to help the patients identify, process and cope with the emotional turmoil in productive ways.

In many cultures, people are taught to suppress their emotions, but it has a long-term impact on the mind of the person. It is, therefore, necessary to share all kinds of emotional upheaval with some confidante. Such behaviours can help them to cope up with emotionally difficult and traumatic times.

You need to give her emergency contraceptive pill (e.g. Unwanted 72) as soon as possible to avoid pregnancy.
