Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Hair loss can have a variety of causes. Typically, you lose your hair because of hormone changes, genetic influences or damage to the hair follicles. Also, a gradual thinning of your hair is a normal part of getting older, as your body sheds hair daily, and your aging body is less able to replace lost hairs. However, if you have poor nutrition -- if you don't get enough iron or protein, for example -- you can lose hair. This can typically be corrected by changing your diet. For boosting hair growth,certain vitamins like Vitamin B, C, A, D and minerals like selenium, zinc, folic acid, iron and protein are required. You also require a good amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, which keep your hair scalp hydrated. Consuming foods having any or all of these nutrients are one of the solutions to long, healthy thick hair. You can take Wholegrains, like barley, oats, buckwheat, broken wheat, ragi, bajra ,Brown rice,Legumes like kidney beans, soy beans,dark green leafy vegetables ,eggs,carrots,tomatoes,sweet potato,fruits,yogurt,walnuts and almonds. Along with the dietary changes , you may massage your scalp with almond oil at night and rinse it next morning. You may take biotin supplements which will further aid in promoting hair growth

To increase body weight do weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Eat more frequently with extra amount of foods.Use nutritional supplement in this purpose.Use whole cream milk.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Take more protein to gain weight.Use healthy fat in cooking.Nuts,seeds as snacks.No water during meals.These are helpful but for more quick result consult privately on lybrate.

Don't sleep day time, walk 45 min to 1.30 min and 15 min yoga in mornings, vegetarian rarely takes eggs, 6 am 1/2 cup pomegranate/guva/cranberry juice, breakfast morning idli 4/roti 2/ paratha 1. 1/2/ upma 1cup/ dosa 2 chitin/vegetable, tea 1cup and 1cup coffee lunch brown rice/dhalia/boiled rice/whole wheat and evening 4 pm one apple 1/2 cup sprouted moong/chana/oats biscuit and green tea dinner methi 2 roti vegetable.

common issues due to being under-weight are: ? Bone loss ? Heart problems ? Infertility ? Anaemia and ? Weak immune system Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. One can gain weight but results would not be favorable at all. These things may lead to low metabolism, weak digestion system, apart from that high blood pressure, high sugar and other heart related issues may occur. From all what you have written, it looks like a case of dermatitis, occurring mostly because of allergy or some fungal infection. The skin conditions usually can be diagnosed by having a close examination of the legion and knowing history.

Dear, Follow methods by which you can Gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

DEAR Lybrate USER 1) apply mixture of garlic and lemon juice on the scalp. 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast 5) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals… Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.
