One of my friends, 26 years, is suffering from GERD. Immediately after having food, due to indigestion, he vomits. He takes regular medicines, like, tab sompraz d 40 mg since 2 years, tab kinpride and syp. Gaviscon. Apart from this he has undergone ogd soap which shows normal. With all these, he has no relief. Dear sir by endoscopy my doctor found the rut for h pylori is positive. He recommend pantocid h p kit for 14 day. I took only 10 days course. After 1 month again I feel vomiting tendency and little pain frequently in my abdomen. Doctor again go for h pylori test from my blood test this time. Again h pylori found positive now again he recommended pantocid h p kit for 14 day so my queries is before I took 10 days course then how h pylori become positive?
