I want to make my complexion fairer. I have oily skin. There are dark spots on face and skin tone is uneven.
Here are some home remedy tips for you: Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram floor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste,mix it well and apply it on you r face.Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. Include healthy fruits like banana, papaya, apple and watermelon in your diet according to the season and availability. Vegetables like Spinach, Carrot, Tomato, Cabbage also provide required minerals, vitamins and proteins to your skin. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin Revert back for any assiatnce

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Relationships will come and go many times in one? s life. You cannot take it too seriously unless you were thinking of marrying the girl. In fact, this is a common problem with a lot of guys, where you look at the first relationship that comes along as serious enough for matrimony. These are important associations to learn how the opposite sex functions and what happens to you around them, and to make the necessary corrections to become a suitable partner. You may have put in a lot into this relationship and it has not worked. Leave it but please learn something from the experience. Besides, you don? t want to be in a relationship where the other person is not interested in you. Quickly get rid of all reminders of this girl, and do not visit the old haunts that you and this girl used to frequent. For some time avoid people, places, and situations that you two enjoyed. In the meantime, please talk extensively to a confidante or counselor about your feelings and thoughts to externalize it out of your system. Do not bad mouth the girl for any reason but go about your life as quickly and normally as possible. Don? t get into another relationship until you have dealt with this loss completely. Keep these three values in mind: be responsible, be respectful, and be functional, always.

Hello, I would say 'No' to that but yes, you can take multivitamin for few months along with dietetic changes and homoeopathic medication. The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

I am suffering from a severe hair fall. Please help me to make my hair strong and reduce hairfall.
Get your thyroid and vit-d tests done. If these are imbalaced, then balancing them is necessary. Ayurvedic management of hairloss: -grind the curry leaves and squeeze out their juice. Mix curry leaves juice and buttermilk. Boil the mixture on low flame for 5 minutes. Let it cool to become lukewarm. Apply this lukewarm buttermilk-curry leaves juice mixture on your scalp. Leave for half an hour. Wash hair with lukewarm water. -warm a small amount of olive oil. Add 1tablespoon of cinnamon powder and 1tablespoon of honey. Mix it well and apply on the hair base. Leave for 20minutes and then wash. Use twice weekly for 2months to get results and see hairfall has decreased. -apply onion juice onto your scalp, massage, and leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the process daily for 4 weeks. Oil- boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. Diet- simply eat a teaspoon of black sesame seeds daily for at least three months. Boil the curry leaves in water and drink the hot beverage. Protein, vit a, vit e rich diet. Avoid too much fried, oily, greasy, spicy, and acidic foods. Avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee. Keep off stress by practicing regular meditation. Yogasanas- shavasana, vajrasana, pawanmuktasana. Pranayamas- kapalbhati, bhastrika, nadi-shodhan pranayama. Note- fix on a single shampoo brand to wash your hair. Avoid constipation. Do not comb hairs at all when they are wet. Do not use colors/dyes/hair-styling agents.

Hi, you mean to say that after 12 months you are attacked with fever,now you are suffering from fever.Follow the below to get cured:- First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Although it is unlikely at this age, but perform a fbs/ppbs test for blood sugar. Do take a note of what is the volume that you are excreting. Excretion of a minimum of 30ml/hr is required for normal functioning of the body.

Respected sir, I have faced a bad situation which is because of our dog's death, one day on diwali night my dog was tied outside in the balcony, after his dinner my sis changed the dogs place, she tied the dog under the staircase which I s outside of our house, after tying it, me and my sis went inside the home after sometime we heard a crackers sound coming from our neighbours house, along with that sound we also heard our dog's sound too it was our dog's barking sound coming with diff way, we didn't took serious off it instead we thought nothing will happens to our dog as we tied him in safe place near the staircase where he can sit under it, but after sometime the barking voice of our dog stopped, after sometime we went there and we saw the place where our dog tied but there was no dog, we saw our dog hanging on the wall which is beside the staircase, the dog was no more, THIS SITUATION MADE ME SO BAD THAT TE INCIDENT TOOK BEFORE 3 YEARS EVEN TILL NOW WE aren't COMING OUT OF THAT BAD INCIDENT, i am THINKING THAT I HAVE DONE WRONG ABT OUR DOG THAT WE COULD not SAVE HIS LIFE IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.

Dear lybrateuser, - Everyone sometime or the other faces some tragedy in life wherein there is a loss of our near & dear one, but we have to come over it & not feel guilty about anything as we try to give the best for the person or the pet - keep yourself busy in your studies or job, also any other activity which you like as keeping your mind busy reduces the pain & thoughts over a period of time & also the guilt feeling hies away when we do positive & productive things - help some needy or stray pet as a tribute to your dog & you will feel better.

You need to follow a healthy lifestyle. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Hello,the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. You may get the solution through private consultancy. For pimples on penis, simply wash with neem decoction and turmeric mixed, at least twice a day. For low intercourse time and dhatu daurbalya correction you have to follow food and lifestyle protocol and adopt sexual intercourse techniques. Medicine part is secondary only.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
