Right arm pain with swelling could be due to 1. Problem in blood supply or lymphatic supply of arm 2. Complex regional pain syndrome. 3. Infection. Get ultrasound and doppler of arm and underarm done to find the cause. If no cause is found out after investigations consult a pain specialist for diagnosis and treatment of complex regional pain syndrome.

Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hello user. Ok your problem can be minimise if you take care of yourself timely. So first of all don't use pillow when sleep. Sit, walk straight, and must do yoga. Must do neck and shoulder exercises. While using laptop. Or watching tv. Sit properly. Less use of mobile phones. Eat properly. Drink milk with 1pinch of haldi at night. Take fresh air fruits vegetables. Put hot water bottle on neck.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi, Apply Rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

push up is a good exercise. no problem. please make sure your hand is placed exactly below your shoulder joint, your whole body is flat(your bump should not be lifted), take your face vertically down toward floor in between hands. do follow some warm up and cool down exercise for your shoulder. best of luck

you are too young to face this problem however any untreated, unrecovered fracture sites always leads to problems in the future when we live day to day life activities. If the old fracture sites are not properly healed then we can keep ice to heal that particular injured bone which will definitely heal to greater extent. If the fracture is not properly healed then automatically there might be lack of blood circulation to that particular area which will definitely lead to pain in the hip. When we sit hip is completely flexed ( ie. bend in the hip joint) so it automatically takes entire weight on the buttoks and there is one part of the pelvic bone called as ischium which takes the entire body weight if there is any problem in that area it will definitely leads to pain in the hip. You can also do one time hot water fermentation will help to increase the blood circulation and MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed when you walk or stand as the body weight will get distributed evenly and it will cause less impact ie. less weight on the hip joint. cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain. This air cushion pillow (donut pillow) can be used in the hard surfaces of sitting ie. dining table chairs, wooden chairs,

It is advisable if you can revert back with your diagnosis at the time of discharge so that we can have a better understanding of your situation. Digeplex is a digestive enzyme substitute, though harmless but it is advisable that it should be taken only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner. u need to MRI for confirm diagnosis to ur ligaments tear. if Ligaments tear in Grade 1or 2 it will be conservative healing with Immobilize ur knee with long knee braces for 4-6 weeks. if grade 3 tear then it goes to knee ARTHROSCOPIC surgery . post surgery it take 2 month for complete Recovery.

Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.
