U need to have sex on your ovulation day. Count from the 1st day of your period till 14th day. You can have sex 2 days before and 3 days after that 14th day (indirectly in that week)

I am 39 years old. I had rheumatoid arthritis 2 years ago. With prompt medication and proper exercises it subsided. But I have put on weight rapidly with b12, injections in just 2 months. I have put on 12 kgs in 2 months. And am not able to shed off that exrra weight. My periods are regular. I am putting on lot of weight. If I exercise I dont gain weight but at the same time am not losing weight. I have also noticed I am getting acne now at this age. What should I do?

I dont think that with vit. B12 injection, your weight is increased and that too at so alarming levels. I think your body is swelling due to water retention. Are you feeling any swelling in yr body. If yes then please go through following blood tests cbc, esr, crp, rft, ra factor, urine routine

Hello, breastmilk is complete food for a neonate for first 6 months and no substitute is required if your beast milk production is adequate.Ensure that you clean your nipples with warm water after every breast feed and the layer of casein from previous feed is removed each time before fresh feed.

Hi since you had intercourse within 7 days of periods chances of pregnancy is very less. Over to that taken I pill. But taking I pill frequently is not advisable. Regards.

I am a mother of a one year old child. We are not interested in another baby soon. Also I am afraid of using surgical pregnancy prevention like copper T. Dear lybrate-user, if you do not want copper t or condoms then you have to concentrate on your menstrual cycle. The normal fertile period is from 12th day to 20th day of the first date of menses. These 8 days are not safer period, rest are safer period you can enjoy on those days. But prevent your self without any precaution in these 8 days. One homeopathic medicine is saclorin. Take 1 tablet weekly to lower the chance of pregnancy. Thanks.
