My friend is suffering from fiver from last 3-4 days. I think this is because of dengue mosquito. Please tell me some symptoms of malaria.

In both malaria and dengue fever with sever body ache can occur some time you have vomitings also it's better to consult a physician and get clinically checked and investigated as both these problems can be diagnosed with blood test and then its treatment can be taken.

I use to eat too much, but I am still so slim. I want to get some bulk. I suffer from loose motions continuously. What should I do?

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I am 63 yrs. Gap in left knee joint has reduced. My doctor confirmed but said initial stage and suggested regular exercise after reducing / removal of swelling. Please. Inform how to get rid of swelling by some medicine and exercise. Thanks.

Have high protein diet. Check you r thyroid function test done. Check if you r menstrual cycle is ireegular. Do not tie you r hair too tight. Oil hair twice a week at night and shampoo it next day.

Hello Doctor! I am very often suffering from acidity and gas pain in chest At times my bp also rises. Some medicines don't suit me also .should I show to a gastrologist As the medicines General physician give does not work much on me. I also try drinking warm water. Jeera detection.

Bp rises cuz you hv acidity. Timely food and sleep contributes alot to acidity. If it's possible buy astachoornam. Mix 1 teaspoon of choorna with 2 ml ghee and have it along with the first bolus of lunch (rice). Continue it for 1 month. Your acidity reduces.

Hello, brown layer on teeth and bleeding could be because of tartar, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

This ramzan the days are very long. Therefore the food less time is quite long. Keep a check on your blood sugar. If it goes down you may consider taking some dates (khajoors) as an emergency measure.

Hair fall can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

some tips ? Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. ? One of my friend is 22 years of age. He is having some sort of skin disease. Doctors says that it is psoriasis. After hearing this he is always sad and stressed as doctors say that no cure for this is still invented. In this skin problem he used to have patches nd scars kind of thing all over the body which bleeds after some days.
