Green Coffee / Green Tea, these are all plain health drinks and will not help in weight loss. Once body has accumulated fat, that can only be burnt by reduced calories or exercise or a combination of both. People keep looking for such shortcuts like Coffee / Tea / Garcinia etc and waste time, money and energy on such fruitless ventures. Till the time you keep looking for these short cuts, you can never lose weight. The day you realise that the problem is in the food and exercise, that is the day you can begin your journey to being fit and healthy.

Hello, No oil oils good or best for losing weight. Fat is fat no matter of its type and is concentrated source of calories. Use minimal amount of oils like coconut, sunflower, mustard, olive oil in cooking. But try will not help you loose weight. Breads are ultimately refined products so keep its consumption to minimal.

Hello, Check, your vitamin B12 levels. You might be deficient. You should Ideally weigh 70-71 kgs. The slower the weight loss, better it is. Carry some high fiber fruits, dried fruits, liquid which will help in sustainable energy. Sip on water frequently that will help keep your appetite under control and also help boosting metabolism.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the best!

Hi hi according to your height your wt should be 71 kg. 26 kg weight you hv to loose. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Sir I would suggest you for customized diet plans for weight loss, for the time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night. U take low calorie low sodium high protein high fibre diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 meals in a day on frequent interval.
