If its fibroadenoma its small in size, no treatment required. If feel so ,can be removed by a simple day care procedure.

I have pain in the left breast and done sonography of left breast and seen there hypoechoic node position measure 2.3 x 1.5 cms in the left axilla measuring 11 x4 mm.
Fibroadenoma is obsevered.
Please doctor suggest what is resolution to solve this.

I am suffering from bad pain exactly anal region. There is no blood, no itching, nothing only pain which feels like stress. The pain I noticed is exactly lower side of buttock and few cm above the anus. When sit the pressure on rectum giving me severe pain. I can feel one small round pop out (swelling) on rectal, it was pain full 5 days ago and today also I feel little bit pain on it. Is it any serious issue. Or its normal. My stool frequency is also normal. I feel it today while bathing.

Hello Dr, For more than one year I am facing pain while passing stools. I drink 5-6 litres of water everyday. Sometimes I passes freely but most of the time it hurts and I am facing lot of pain and burning sensation during passing. No blood while passing but before 8 months sometimes I saw blood. There was symptoms of starting of ulcer before 1 year and I got treatment. I am worried of going toilet everyday in fear of pain. Pls help is anything serious.
